Jamie Colby

Colby is employed by Fox News since July 2003 as the National News Correspondent and Anchor. Colby has worked as an anchor and reporter at CBS News for a number of years, and also as the fill-in anchor for CBS Up to the Minute. In the past, she was as a CNN reporter. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby has a degree in law in law from the University California and is licensed to practice law in New York, California Florida and the District of Columbia. Colby has won awards like the Edward R.Murrow Award in 2002, for reporting on the terrorist attacks of September 11 and The Gracie Award for Investigative Reporting in 2000, as well as the Clarion Award for Women in Communications. The award also included her as Television Week's "Rising News Star to Watch". Colby worked as an attorney, who along with her professional career as a journalist, also worked for 10 years at a private practice. The law firm she joined began by working with a Hollywood entertainment company that sent her to The Tonight Show. She was working with Johnny Carson at the age of 22 both during his contract renewal and divorce from NBC. Colby is who is a Fox Business reporter and host is reporting for Strange Inheritance since January 2015.
